How do I reset my device to use Lumen on a new computer?

Email support@uselumen.com with "Device reset" in the subject. Include the email address of your Lumen account. We'll reset it within a few hours during business hours (CET).

My credits ran out — can I get a top-up without upgrading my plan?

Yes. Buy a one-time credit pack ($7.99 for 1,000 credits) on the pricing page. Credits never expire and stack with your monthly allocation.

I was charged but my plan didn't upgrade.

Email us with your Stripe receipt. This usually happens within minutes but occasionally takes up to an hour due to webhook delays. We'll manually fix it immediately.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — within 7 days of your first charge. Email support@uselumen.com with your receipt. No questions asked.

Where is Lumen in the Chrome Web Store?

We're currently in beta. Email us for the direct install link while we complete the Web Store review process.
